This organizational feature brings about significant efficiencies and effectiveness in litigation management and, in particular, with the firm’s law & motion practice. When appellate work of any sort is necessary whether as a result of a trial, court or administrative ruling that is inconsistent with the law or as a result of a referral from another law firm, our appellate department is prepared to pursue the client’s case in state and federal appellate courts and the state supreme court. The firm has experience in successfully handling matters before both the state and federal courts of appeal as well as successfully handling matters before the California Supreme Court.
