In the area of employment law, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. We have worked with many clients over the years to put together a comprehensive employment manual for their businesses in order to limit their exposure to this relatively new form of liability exposure. We have put together many employment contracts and independent contractor agreements, as well as representing clients before State and Federal agencies that deal with the employment relationship. We regularly prepare and perform compliance work for our clients including providing mandatory sexual harassment training as well as providing other necessary and appropriate legal counsel and training.
