Nicole Davis-Tinkham represents construction professionals and public entities. She has handled matters in construction design defect, employment law, personal injury, and constitutional law. She is attracted to these fields because the individuals involved in these cases and the uniqueness each matter delivers a different problem-solving challenge.
Nicole spends as much time as possible with family and friends. In her opinion, amplified and heated family debates have assisted her development as an attorney. She also is very interested in traveling all over the world. Of the one hundred places she would like to see in her life, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro is at the top. Nicole earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. She received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State of California. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Women’s Law Association of Los Angeles, and the Pasadena Bar Association, serving as Trustee.
