Summary Mr. Barker practices in the areas of professional liability and corporate transactions, focusing on representation of architects, engineers, contractors, and insurance professionals. Mr. Barker serves as lead trial counsel representing clients in federal and state courts and in arbitration in matters of contract disputes, negligence, and other claims. Mr. Barker counsels and assists clients on a variety of corporate needs, including formation, compliance, capital structure, transactions, and dissolutions. Mr. Barker also frequently assists clients with issues related to administrative boards and bodies including the California Architects Board, the California Department of Real Estate, the California Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and the Nevada State Board of Architecture, Interior Design, and Residential Design.
