Mark Johnson practices in the area of construction and copyright law, and he enjoys daily contact with clients. In his spare time, he plays ice hockey and golf and he enjoys running. He likes to travel and spend time with family. He received his B.S. in Art, Concentration in Graphic Design, from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He was on the Dean’s List and was noted for best presentation at the American Institute for Architects Poster Design Competition. He earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, MN, with numerous writing and oral argument honors. While serving a student externship at the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office, Consumer Enforcement Division, he also managed and played for the law school hockey team. He obtained a Judicial Externship with The Honorable Donovan W. Frank, United States District Court, District of Minnesota. After law school, Mark served as a Judicial Law Clerk with The Honorable Donald D. Alsop, United States District Court, District of Minnesota.
