Howard J. Franco, Jr.

Howard Franco enjoys coaching special education sports and has spent over a decade as a volunteer teacher at his local church. In addition to a trial practice focusing on products liability, personal injury and business litigation for self-insured and insured clients for more than 20 years, he also serves our Courts as a Settlement Conference Officer. He remains active in the San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles County Bar Associations, and The Defense Research Institute. Howard is also a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. He is admitted to practice in the state of California, U.S. District Court, Central and Southern Districts of California, and Southern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (1985). He graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Dayton, Ohio, where he was also a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society; He received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law.
