Joshua A. Cohen

Joshua Cohen defends design professionals and has a great deal of experience in landlord-tenant law. He enjoys reviewing and studying plans and specifications in order to find the key to the defense. Every case is an opportunity to learn. Josh believes that architects and engineers create an important part of our infrastructure; they have a talent and ability to bring creative projects to our lives. He likes to spend time with his wife and three children. He skis, mountain bikes and reads novels. Josh earned a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. He is admitted to practice in the State of California and is a member of the State Bar of California and the Pasadena Bar Association.
